Free shipping over $150

Standard shipping is free on United States orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship UPS 2-day for a flat $16. The figure on a given order is the one checkout calculates for that address. Orders ship from U.S. facilities, and you’ll receive tracking by email when your order is on its way. Orders ship with major U.S. carriers in plain, unbranded packaging with no exterior reference to the contents. We do not ship to freight forwarders or for export.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a shipping day dispatch the same day; anything after that, including weekend orders, goes out on the next shipping day. Orders travel UPS 2-day, so delivery typically takes 2 business days from dispatch. The countdown on each product page shows that 1 PM ET cut-off in your own local time.

Lost or damaged in transit

If something is wrong with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items or a package that doesn't arrive, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll review it.
